History of the Louis Electric Amplifier Company
Guitar Amp Manufacturer
Through the production and use of the hand picked components, as well as the ear-tuning and testing of each Louis Electric amplifier, Louis Electric is dedicated to taking those early sounds and bringing them to the present. Warmth, clarity, responsiveness and seemingly unlimited headroom: this is the sonic signature of Louis Electric amplifiers.
Louis Rosano, Amp Designer & Manufacturer
Louis Rosano, the man behind Louis Electric, is the founder, sole designer, and builder of every Louis Electric amplifier. Inspiration for the first Louis Electric Amplifier came from Lou Rosano's love of Leo Fender's 1958 Tweed Twinmaster. That Louis Electric Tweed ultimately ended up in the hands of the late, great Danny Gatton, and that classic Louis Electric Tweed is still available today. Since the beginning, Louis Rosano has been building signature sounds for musicians of all genres. You can hear them locally on the stages in the United States as well as worldwide.
